Proway PV Module Sealant
The Proway Photovoltaic Module Sealant is a single-component, low-odor, solvent-free sealant based on silane-modified polymer. The product has good adhesion, flame retardancy, and excellent weather resistance for aluminum, glass, PC black boxes, TPE/PET plastics, and provides outstanding performance in insulation, thermal cycling, humidity-heat, and humidity-freeze conditions.

Product Features
1. Excellent adhesive performance for materials such as specialized aluminum, glass, composite backing, and junction boxes; 2. Low odor, non-corrosive to PC and copper metals; 3. Moderate hardness and low water vapor transmission rate; 4. Excellent environmental resistance, passing 1000 hours of high temperature and humidity (85°C and 85% humidity), 1000 hours of UV aging test, and 200 cycles of cold-hot temperature shock test (-40°C for 3 hours to 90°C for 3 hours) while maintaining outstanding mechanical properties; 5. Outstanding electrical insulation and flame retardancy.

Usage Limitation
1. Not suitable as a structural sealant for curtain wall projects. 2. Not for use in the sealing of window frame and glass joints during door and window processing. 3. When bonding glass, avoid exposing the bonded surface to sunlight. 4. Not suitable for continuous immersion in water or places with constant humidity. 5. Not suitable for materials that will exude oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as oil-soaked wood surfaces. 6. Do not apply when the surface temperature of the material is below 4°C (39.2°F) or above 40°C (104°F).
Color
The adhesive is available in three standard colors: black, white, and gray. Other colors can be provided according to customer requirements.
Packaging
Soft film packaging, net content of 400ml Soft film packaging, net content of 600ml 5-gallon drum packaging with a net content of 25KG, 55-gallon drum packaging with a net content of 270KG
Storage
Store the adhesive in its original packaging in a dry, well-ventilated environment at 27℃ or lower. From the date of production, the shelf life is 9 months.
