Proway Elevator Reinforcement Sealant
The Proway Elevator Reinforcement adhesive is a single-component, paintable sealant based on silane-modified polymer. This product is solvent-free, environmentally friendly, and provides superior adhesion to most building materials without the need for a primer coat.
Product Application
Elevator reinforcement adhesive is suitable for use in the following locations: 1. Elevator and anti-theft door reinforcement bonding. 2. Panel joints and ceiling sealing. 3. Interior decoration sealing. 4. Mold prevention - suitable for application in kitchens and bathrooms. 5. Flooring system bonding, especially suitable for floor tile laying during house renovation. 6. Strong adhesion to porous materials or smooth, damp surfaces.
Product Features
1. Eco-friendly product: solvent-free, ultra-low VOC, non-toxic, non-irritating or offensive odors, and pollution-free. 2. Surface paintability: compatible with most industrial paints, can be painted after surface drying without affecting the curing speed. 3. Easy to use: excellent thixotropy and extrudability, wide application temperature range. 4. Good adhesion: excellent adhesion performance to most building materials, such as stone, aluminum, ceramic, and stainless steel; non-polluting to porous materials. 5. Outstanding weather resistance and aging performance, excellent tensile and compressive recovery. 6. The sealant maintains good viscosity and is easy to extrude under environmental conditions between 4-40°C (39.2-104°F).

Usage Limitation
1. Not suitable as a structural sealant for curtain wall projects. 2. Not for use in the sealing of window frame and glass joints during door and window processing. 3. When bonding glass, avoid exposing the bonded surface to sunlight. 4. Not suitable for continuous immersion in water or places with constant humidity. 5. Not suitable for materials that will exude oil, plasticizers, or solvents, such as oil-soaked wood surfaces. 6. Do not apply when the surface temperature of the material is below 4°C (39.2°F) or above 40°C (104°F).
Color
The adhesive is available in three standard colors: black, white, and gray. Other colors can be provided according to customer requirements.
Packaging
Elevator reinforcement adhesive is available in 300mL tubes, 360mL/600mL aluminum plastic film soft packaging, 20L iron drums, and 200L large iron drums.
Storage
Store the adhesive in its original packaging in a dry, well-ventilated environment at 27℃ or lower. From the date of production, the shelf life is 9 months.
